Studio NAVET, founded by Lina Hurning, Maria Johansson, Helena Svensson, and Cecilia Wahlberg, drew inspiration from organic, fluid forms to create a design that is both minimalist and dynamic. Each vase is uniquely shaped by the natural flow of molten glass, making each piece one-of-a-kind. NAVET’s work with FÓLK combines artistic vision with a commitment to environmentally conscious design.

Handcrafted in Sweden, the Lava Vase is shaped in a furnace powered by waste energy sourced from a nearby landfill. This energy-efficient choice reflects FÓLK’s commitment to innovative production methods that make the most of available resources.

Both the Lava vase and its packaging are fully recyclable at the end of their life, supporting a circular economy and ensuring that every stage of the Lava Vase’s lifecycle aligns with FÓLK’s sustainability values.
To ensure the Lava Vase lasts a lifetime, it should be handled with care. Always hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water. Dry gently and be sure to avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent cracking. Made from recycled glass, the vase can be fully recycled at the end of its life, contributing to the circular economy.
